The successful candidate of this exciting role will complement our team of talented volunteers who currently answer our calls and contribute to the national web chat and email services.  The aim of this role is to provide improved access to the first stage of support for our clients with the aim of helping our clients move forward with their issues or problems. 

It is a great opportunity to develop new skills, and could provide an opportunity to train as an adviser after 6 months, providing the potential to progress within our organisation and the advice sector. No previous advice experience is necessary.  Reporting to the Operations Manager, the post holder will be based at our Witney Digital Hub and remotely (so ability to access the office is essential), and will deliver the full range of telephone, web chat and email assessor service.

The successful candidate will need to have an excellent understanding of the issues affecting society, be good at listening, have a good manner when talking to people, have good computer skills and have great Interpersonal skills, including sensitive listening and questioning skills to understand the needs of others.
