People from West Oxfordshire come to us with all sorts of issues; money, benefits, housing, energy debts, employment, consumer problems and much more. Our charity offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free.

Our West Oxfordshire Community Profile 2023
This Community Profile, revised in March 2023, has been prepared to provide
Citizens Advice West Oxfordshire (CAWO) with a picture of its local community,
based on information drawn from a wide range of sources. Its aim is to be an
objective measure of local needs.
One big charity network
We are a local charity, funded by grants, contracts, and donations from trusts and private funders. We are part of a network of around 280 independent local charities across England and Wales. Our nationwide services are provided by over 22,000 trained volunteers and 7,000 paid staff. At Citizens Advice West Oxfordshire, we have 60 trained volunteers and 25 paid staff.
Each local Citizens Advice charity is a member of the national Citizens Advice charity. All together we form the Citizens Advice service.
