Our free energy advice service helps people understand their energy costs and suggests alternative ways to make savings.
We can check if clients are eligible for the £140 Warm Home Discount, registering eligibility with the Priority Register for people in need, helping with supplier price comparisons and much more.
As a result of a face-to-face energy advice session, one client saved £780 per year. On average, clients save £150 to £200 per year. In total Citizens Advice helped people save £7398.51 from 1 November 2017 to 30 March 2018. In 2019, we helped one family save over £3000.
