
The successful candidate of this rewarding role will complement our team of talented volunteers who currently answer our calls and contribute to the national web chat and email services. The aim of this role is to provide improved access to the first stage of support for our clients with the aim of helping our clients move forward with their issues or problems.
It is a great opportunity to develop new skills, and provides the option to train as an adviser to progress within our organisation and the advice sector.
The role is based at our Witney Digital Hub, and will deliver the full range of telephone, web chat and email advice service.
- Hours: 15 hours per week
- Salary: £22,011 pro rata
- Holiday: 23 days plus Bank Holidays pro-rata
- Pension: Workplace Pension scheme Available
- 1 year fixed contract
