This pilot project will be part of a new county wide virtual service, delivered in partnership with Citizens Advice Oxford, Citizens Advice North Oxon & South Northampton, and Public Health. The intention is to deliver a virtual, linked up advice service across the county, as well as maintaining a presence within other community outlets and health settings.
The aim of this project is to support clients with the full range of advice problems providing a holistic service, but with a particular emphasis on income maximisation. A key focus will also be to help clients who have recently received a diagnosis which will have a significant effect on their daily lives.
The successful candidate will have excellent up-to-date and relevant advice experience, be self-motivated, have good IT skills, and a commitment to the development and aims and principles of the service.
Fixed term contract until March 2022.
- Hours: 15 hours per week / flexible
- Salary Level: Up to £24,000 Pro Rata
- Holiday: 23 days pro rata plus Bank Holidays pro rata
