
In this role, you will be part of a team that provides people who have had contact with Social & Community Services with access to independent benefit advice and help with problem debt. It’s collaborative role as you work alongside colleagues from Age UK Oxfordshire and Citizens Advice Oxford
The aim of the role is to provide specialist benefits advice to younger people leaving care aged 16+, families and adults up to the age of 60, with a disability or long term illness, or caring for someone with a disability or long term illness, and to provide regulated debt advice to users of this service of all ages.
This role does involve home visiting across West Oxfordshire, Cherwell and some of Vale of White Horse Districts.
- Hours: 18.5 hours per week
- Salary: £25,334 to £26,348 pro rata
- Holiday: 23 days plus Bank Holidays pro rata
