Where and when to contact us

We are here to help you with confidential, impartial advice. For instant advice,  visit our national website or call our Adviceline on Freephone 0808 2787908 for support.

We are open for face-to-face advice – see times below. As we have a limited number of advisers, please do call us on Adviceline first if you can. If you need an appointment, your details will be sent to the local office to arrange a suitable time.

If you are making a new Universal Credit claimplease look online or call our Help to Claim service on Freephone 0800 144 8444.

Calls to Adviceline are free from mobiles and landlines. You can see more about our call charges.

We’re here for you in a number of different ways; on the phone, via email or webchat and in person by pre-booked appointment or drop-in at our centre in Witney. We also have a number of specialist services across West Oxfordshire. See Outreach Services below.

Accessibility

Video Relay Service has now been extended by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) for hard of hearing customers claiming Universal Credit using a video link accessed through your own computer, smartphone or tablet. The interpreter will then speak to a DWP agent relaying the conversation by phone.
