Accessibility

Video Relay Service has now been extended by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) for hard of hearing customers claiming Universal Credit using a video link accessed through your own computer, smartphone or tablet. The interpreter will then speak to a DWP agent relaying the conversation by phone.

We’re here for you in a number of different ways; on the phone, via email or webchat and in person by pre-booked appointment at our centre in Witney or as part of our outreach services across West Oxfordshire.
