Fixed term post until 31st March 2021 (with possibility of further 6 month extension)
Working under the Projects Manager, and closely with the Training and Volunteer Development Manager, you will line manage project advisers and caseworkers, as well as monitor and maintain the quality standards of advice across the projects. You will be part of the team of Advice Session Coordinators and will contribute to the rota of advice supervision as required. This new post offers a great opportunity to develop project management skills.
The successful candidate will have excellent up-to-date and relevant advice experience; experience of managing staff and reporting on services/projects; good IT skills; and a commitment to the development, aims and principles of the service.
- Hours: 20 Hours per week
- Salary Level: Up to £26,000 pro rata
- Holiday: 23 Days pro rata plus Bank Holidays pro rata
- Pension: Workplace Pension Scheme Available
