Short and long term contract hours available
Citizens Advice West Oxfordshire provides face-to-face advice in Witney and delivers telephone and web chat services from our digital hub and remotely. An innovative, busy advice service, we are looking for an enthusiastic motivated person to supervise advice sessions, monitoring the quality of advice and case recording, and support and develop our voluntary supervisors and volunteers. Applicants must be confident in working remotely as our supervisors may be asked to work from home on occasions.
Candidates will have 2 years recent and ongoing experience of benefits and/or debt advice work, and ideally have experience of quality monitoring. You will need to have strong skills in performance management of volunteers.
- Hours: Up to 27 hours per week
- Salary: Up to £26,390
- Holiday: 4.6 weeks & bank hols pro rata
- Pension: Workplace pension available
