Welcome to Citizens Advice West Oxfordshire, your local charity.
Helping people find a way forward, whoever they are and wherever they are.
We are here to help you with confidential, impartial advice. Please visit our website or call our Adviceline on Freephone 0808 2787908 for help. We are currently unable to offer our drop in service at the Witney Advice Centre. We are still offering limited pre-booked face-to-face appointments for those who urgently need them. Please contact the Adviceline number above if you need an urgent face-to-face appointment.
If you are making a new Universal Credit claim, please look online or call our Help to Claim service on Freephone 0800 144 8444.
The Household Support fund is sadly no longer available. Due to the high number of enquiries, we have used all the allocated funds. If you are in more urgent need of food, call Adviceline on Freephone 0808 2787908, and we can refer you to your nearest Foodbank.
People from West Oxfordshire come to us with all sorts of problems that seem complicated or intimidating. We give advice on many issues, including; debt, understanding benefits, employment issues, consumer rights and relationship problems. We believe no one should have to face these problems without good quality independent advice.
